Regular & Specialty Classes

Each class will begin with a warm-up that includes active stretching, some cardio, such as running, rowing, or jump roping, as well as accessory exercises. We then move on to a specified barbell movement of the day, followed by the WOD. Each session will end with some sort of mobility work.

Visiting CrossFitters with 6+ months experience can drop in to any of our regular classes. For more information, please visit our “Drop Ins” page here!

Regular Classes

Monday – Friday
6am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
9AM-Free Community Class. 10AM-Open Gym
10:30-Skills Class
